Heather Goldenhersh a été l'interprète de films comme Le Marchand de Venise de Michael Radford, The Heights de Christ Terrio, Rock Academy de Richard Linklater, Nicholas Nickleby de Doug McGrath, Amours suspectes de P.J. Hogan, The Believer de Henry Bean, Spin the Bottle de Jamie Yerkas, sans oublier Dr Kinsey de Bill Condon.

Elle a joué à la télévision dans « The Great Gtasby » et « Sex and the City », au théâtre dans « Psych », « Goodnight Children Everywhere », et « Freedomland » au Playwrights Horizons, « Oy » au Melting Pot Theatre et « A Devin Inside » au Soho Rep.

Elle a une licence de comédie de la Julliard School.
