Biographie

Geoffrey Sax est le dernier représentant d'une brillante lignée de réalisateurs britanniques formés à la BBC et passés avec succès au cinéma : Mike Newell, Danny Boyle, Roger Michell…

Avant La Voix des morts, Sax avait notamment mis en scène à la télévision une version contemporaine d'"Othello" et le "drame lesbien" controversé d'Andrew Davies "Tipping the Velvet".
